Our mission.

We help young adults and professionals feel seen, supported, and empowered. Therapy here is honest, tailored, and grounded in who you are, not who you feel expected to be. Our goal is to create a space where you can show up openly, build self-awareness, and develop tools that support real, meaningful change.

Who tends to feel at home here.

Explore Therapy works especially well for young adults and professionals navigating stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or major life transitions. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure how to slow down despite doing well on the outside. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to reflect are more than enough.

How we work together.

Sessions are collaborative, conversational, and responsive to what you bring each week. Some focus on reflection and understanding. Others are more practical and skills-based. Often, it’s a mix of both. We use CBT-informed strategies to help you notice patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build tools that support your day-to-day life.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel more clear, capable, and connected to yourself.

Some of the things we talk about.

Explore Therapy currently offers individual therapy for adults across New York. This work provides a dedicated space to focus on your own experiences, patterns, and goals, with support that adapts to what you need. Individual therapy can be helpful if you’re working through anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship patterns, grief, or major life changes. Sessions are personalized and flexible, shaped by what feels most important to you. Areas of focus include:
